Manitoba Emergency Management Organization (EMO) has a lot of information on the
DFA program available on their website, including frequently asked questions. We
encourage you to go to the website to learn more (www.manitoba.ca/emo).
You can connect directly with Manitoba EMO via email (dfa@gov.mb.ca) or phone call
(1-888-267-8298) should you have any more questions about DFA.
To modify or add additional items to your claim, send an email to emo@gov.mb.ca, include photos, claim number, and explanation of additional claim items. (eg. drywall replaced after June 6 flood, removed and replaced after June 30 flood.) EMO will determine if another assessment/inspection is required.
