Manitoba Emergency Management Organization (EMO) has a lot of information on the
DFA program available on their website, including frequently asked questions. We
encourage you to go to the website to learn more (www.manitoba.ca/emo).

You can connect directly with Manitoba EMO via email (dfa@gov.mb.ca) or phone call
(1-888-267-8298) should you have any more questions about DFA.

To modify or add additional items to your claim, send an email to emo@gov.mb.ca, include photos, claim number, and explanation of additional claim items. (eg. drywall replaced after June 6 flood, removed and replaced after June 30 flood.) EMO will determine if another assessment/inspection is required.

Benito Water Line Maintenance

You may see some temporary water discoloration from turbidity which may stain laundry.  It is advised to avoid doing laundry on these days. You may also see a temporary decrease in water pressure.

Please don’t be alarmed, as this is regular maintenance for the water system.
